Iosif Diskin: "Azerbaijan is faced with new geopolitical challenges"

The vice-chairman of the scientific advisory council of the open joint stock company the "All-Russian Center for Studying Public Opinion", the co-chairman of the interregional public organization "Council for National Policy", Iosif Diskin, summing up the results of the 23 years of independence of the Azerbaijan Republic, spoke about the speedy development of Russian-Azerbaijani relations, and also about new challenges which face the Azerbaijan Republic.
