Polad Bulbuloglu: We need to restore order in the Caucasus

Azerbaijani Ambassador to Russia Polad Bulbulogly described Russian-Azerbaijani relations at a recent round-table conference dedicated to the Independence Day of Azerbaijan. He stressed that the Karabakh conflict prevents the further development of relations between Russia and Azerbaijan.
