Alexei Fenenko: "The conflict in Ukraine is lightly frozen"

A senior fellow at the Institute of International Security Problems, Alexei Fenenko, sums up the Asia-Europe forum (ASEM) held in Milan from 16 to 17 October. The meeting of the presidents of Russia and Ukraine took place in the framework of the forum. The parties discussed issues related to a settlement of the Ukrainian crisis and to the supply of gas. According to Fenenko, Ukraine's conflict is in a state of light frost.
