Vladislav Belov: "The Ukrainian conflict has a Euro-Atlantic character"

Vladislav Belov, the head of the Center for Germanic Studies, a scientist of the RAS Institute of Europe, believes that the Ukrainian conflict has a Euro-Atlantic character. Not only Russia, but the countries of the West, including the US which orchestrated the conflict, should bear responsibility for it.
