Maxim Shevchenko: "The continuation of the dialogue on Nagorno-Karabakh is already a great victory"

Maxim Shevchenko, a member of the Council for Inter-Ethnic relations under the Russian President, speaks about the events in the South Caucasus, Armenia’s accession to the Eurasian Economic Union, and intensification of Russian-Azerbaijani diplomatic relations. He summed up the results of the last round of the Nagorno-Karabakh talks, which took place in Paris. Shevchenko stresses that the participation of Armenia in the Customs Union enables the sides to change the situation in the zone of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict.
