Maxim Shevchenko, a member of the Council for Inter-Ethnic relations under the Russian President, speaks about the events in the South Caucasus, Armenia’s accession to the Eurasian Economic Union, and intensification of Russian-Azerbaijani diplomatic relations. He summed up the results of the last round of the Nagorno-Karabakh talks, which took place in Paris.
