Last week a Mi-24 combat helicopter belonging to Armenia was heading northeast of the village of Kangerli in the Agdam Region and attacked Azerbaijani positions. It was shot down by the Azerbaijani side. Vestnik Kavkaza interviewed Ali Guseinli, the chairman of the Committee for Legal Policy and State Construction of the Azerbaijani Parliament, about the incident.
