Ahmet Yarlykapov: “The IS has depleted the resources of the North Caucasus”

Ahmet Yarlykapov, a senior scientist of the RAS Institute of Ethnology and Anthropology, thinks that the terrorist group Islamic State has somehow stabilized the situation in Russia, due to the involvement of terrorists from the Caucasus Emirate. However, the return of North Caucasus natives to the territory of the country increases the possibility of terrorist attacks.
