Alexei Pushkov: “The agreement with Abkhazia changes nothing”

Russia and Abkhazia’s intention to ratify the agreement on security was extremely negatively perceived in Georgia. The chairman of the State Duma Committee for International Affairs, Alexei Pushkov, thinks that such a document doesn’t change anything, it only confirms the well-known fact that Russia is a guarantor of stability in Abkhazia.
