Askar Akayev, a senior scientist of the M.V. Lomonosov MSU, an ex-president of Kyrgyzstan, says that it is necessary to find a peaceful settlement of the Nagorno-Karabakh problem. He also stressed the importance of the participation of Russia in the talks on a resolution of the issue.
