The first international forum in the history of the Karachai and Balkars takes place in Moscow

As part of the forum "Historical and cultural heritage of the peoples of Eurasia", a scholarly conference dedicated to the ethnogenesis, history, language and culture of the Karachai and Balkars took place at the Russian Academy of Sciences in Moscow. The conference was organized by the Karachai-Cherkess Institute of Ethnology and Anthropology at the Russian Academy of Sciences and by the Karachai-Balkar Research Center of Humanities. The conference was supported by the Elbrusoid Fund.
