Alexander Chumakov: “Russian-Azerbaijani relations are an example of intercultural dialogue”

Alexander Chumakov, the director of the Institute of Globalization and Sustainable Development of the Academy of the International Independent University of Environmental and Political Sciences, and Doctor of Philosophy, vice president of the Russian Philosophical Society, speaking about the cultural and civilization foundations of modern dialogue, noted that Russian-Azerbaijani relations are an example of intercultural dialogue between countries in the CIS space.
