Speaking about the Iranian nuclear problem, the deputy director of the Institute for Forecasting and Political Settlement, Alexander Kuznetsov, notes that delaying negotiations expands Western abilities to put pressure on Iran. The first round of the new stage of talks between Iran and the six international mediators on the Iranian nuclear programme took place. The last round finished on November 24th, 2014, but the sides couldn’t come to a final resolution. This time negotiators hope that by the end of March the political framework of the future agreement will be developed, and by June 30th, 2015, a universal agreement will be signed.
