In 2015 Russia will mark the 1000th anniversary of the Christianization of Rus’ by Prince Vladimir. A monument of Prince Vladimir the Great is going to be erected in Moscow to celebrate the anniversary. Archimandrite Tikhon, the executive secretary of the Patriarchy Council for Culture, and Andrei Sakharov, a corresponding member of the RAS, speak about the initiative and the Prince.
