Vladimir Nazarov: “The regions are over the worst”

Vladimir Nazarov, the head of the Scientific Research Financial Institute of the Ministry of Finance of Russia, thinks that 2015 won’t be critical for the majority of regions. Moreover, the period will be beneficial for regions which have developed metallurgy and agriculture, according to the expert.
