During his concluding press conference, Sergei Lavrov, the Foreign Minister of Russia, expressed condolences to the victims of an incident in the Armenian town of Gyumri. The Foreign Minister stated that he “sees signs of politicization in the tragedy” and expressed hope that it wouldn’t influence the general atmosphere of Russian-Armenian relations.
