Matviyenko: "Sanctions are a reciprocal weapon"

Valentina Matviyenko, the speaker of the Federation Council of Russia, said that Russia would give a tantamount response to new sanctions. Moreover, the politician supposes that the events in Ukraine are being used as a pretext to put pressure on Russia.
