Sergei Mikheyev: "ISIS is a threat to the Caucasus and Central Asia"

The director of the Caspian Cooperation Institute, political analyst Sergei Mikheyev, spoke about the threat posed by "Islamic State" to the South Caucasus, Central Asia and Russia. In Russia, the activity of ISIS is prohibited by law. However, there is a threat of infiltration by ISIS on Russian territory and the territory of neighboring states of Central Asia and the "Greater Caucasus".
