Khojaly tragedy commemorative evening

A commemorative event took place in Moscow devoted to the tragic events in Khojaly, which happened 23 years ago. On February 26th 1992, 613 people were killed, 487 were injured and 1275 were taken captive as a result of the massacre of the peaceful population of the town of Khojaly. A goal of the event was not only to commemorate the victims of the tragedy, but also to warn about and prevent such tragedies in the future.
