Tatiana Moskalkova: "The situation in Ukraine is stable but critical"

The deputy chairwoman of the State Duma Committee on CIS Affairs, Eurasian Integration and Relations with Compatriots, Tatiana Moskalkova, commented on the current difficult situation in Ukraine and noted that it has long been possible to speak of a humanitarian catastrophe in the country. The most important thing now, according to Tatiana Moskalkova, is to prevent the spread of the conflict and overcome the psychology of hatred in the minds of people to begin implementation of the agreements.
