Leo Jacobson: "We are now at a crossroads"

First Vice-Rector of the HSE, Leo Jacobson, attended the presentation of the report 'World Order: The New Rules or Game Without Rules' at the 'Valdai' discussion club. The expert believes that the world order that was built after the Second World War has ceased to meet the economic and cultural achievements of the second half of the century.
