Sergey Zhelezniak: "We have to make Kyiv comply with Minsk peace agreements"

The deputy chairman of the State Duma of the Russian Federation Sergey Zhelezniak, talking about the crisis in Ukraine, stressed the need to combine all efforts to force Kiev to comply with the Minsk peace agreements. In accordance with the Minsk Agreement, the parties of the conflict, namely Ukraine and the Donetsk and Lugansk People's Republics, had to stop fighting, but in reality this is not yet happening.
