Deputy of the State Duma of the Russian Federation Alexey Zhuravlev, speaking about the crisis in Ukraine, noted that Kiev is not complying with the Minsk peace agreements. In accordance with the Minsk Agreements, the parties of the conflict - namely, Ukraine and the Donetsk and Lugansk People's Republics - had to stop fighting, but in reality, this is not happening yet.
