According to the deputy, after a joint session of the Standing Committee on Foreign Relations of the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia and the State Duma Committee for CIS Affairs, Eurasian Integration and Relations with Compatriots, it became known that anti-Azerbaijani theses are appearing in the Armenian press attributed to him.
