Is it possible to talk about resolving of Iranian nuclear crisis?

Director of the Center for Public Policy Research Vladimir Yevseyev, summing up the negotiations in Lausanne between representatives of Iran and the six international mediators on issues related to Iran's nuclear program, told  whether it is possible to speak of resolving of the Iranian nuclear crisis.
