Mikhail Abyzov speaks about work of community councils on a new format

The minister of the Russian Federation responsible for the organization of the government commission for the coordination of open government, Mikhail Abyzov, spoke about the way a new procedure for the formation and plenary powers of public councils in the federal bodies of executive power  will be determined. Russian President Vladimir Putin has supported the proposal of the Russian government to amend the relevant legislation and other normative legal acts of the Russian Federation.
