Alexander Zhukov: "It's great that the first European Games were given to Baku"

The president of the Russian Olympic Committee, Alexander Zhukov, spoke at the opening of the presentation of the first European Games in Moscow. The First Deputy Chairman of the State Duma said that the European Olympic Committee made a historic decision, because "Europe needed its own Games."
