Israel’s reaction to Russia supplying Iran with S-300

Vladimir Yevseyev, director of the Social and Political Research Centre, head of the Caucasus department at the Institute of the Commonwealth of Independent States, spoke about how Israel could react to Iran being supplied with the S-300 surface-to-air missile system. On 8th April Vladimir Putin, President of Russian Federation, signed a decree according to which Iran can be given the surface-to-air missile system S-300. A representative of the Iranian Ministry of Defense said that the supply of this complex favours strengthening cooperation between Moscow and Tehran.
