On April 16th the Fourth International Conference on International Security started working. Sergei Shoygu, the Defense Minister of Russia, spoke about the threats and risks in the world today. The Defense Ministry noted significant intensification of efforts by the US and other NATO countries in the post-Soviet space, which are aimed at dragging the countries which have a common past with Russia onto their side.
