Women's Union of Russia marks 25th anniversary

The Women's Union of Russia is one of the largest public organizations of the country, marking its 25th anniversary this year. A press conference was held for the anniversary, where Yekaterina Lakhova, the chairwoman of the Union, a member of the Federation Council Committee for the Federal System, Regional Policy, Local Governance and Affairs of the North, described the experience gained throughout the 25 years.
