The 7th Mstislav Rostropovich International Festival will traditionally be solemnly opened on the day of the great musician's birthday on March 27th. The Artistic Director of the 7th Mstislav Rostropovich International Festival Olga Rostropovich spoke about the program of the upcoming event. This year's festival will be dedicated to the 90th anniversary of Galina Vishnevskaya. The founders of the event are the Ministry of Culture of Russia, the Moscow Government and the M.L. Fund of Cultural and Humanitarian Programs.
