Adalbi Shkhagoshev: "Russia has accumulated a lot of experience in combating terrorism"

A member of the State Duma Committee on International Affairs, Adalbi Shkhagoshev, speaking about the problem of international terrorism, noted that the Russian special services have accumulated a lot of experience in combating this evil, citing the example of the North Caucasus region, where at present the tendency is such that there are republics in which over the past year there were no terrorist attacks, although in the 1990s and early 2000s thousands of terrorist crimes occurred there.
