Council of Europe was trying to put pressure on Azerbaijan, says Alexander Borisov

On September 18 Warsaw held a meeting of the Monitoring Committee of the Congress of Local and Regional Authorities of Europe (CLRAE), during which the European delegates criticized the level of development of democracy in Azerbaijan. The Deputy Chairman of the Federation Council Committee on Social Policy, Alexander Borisov, was among those who urged the participants of the meeting to take a constructive approach to this issue.
