Dactyloscopy as a way of fighting illegal migration

The Executive Secretary of the Public Advisory Council under the Federal Migration Service, Project Director of the Development Fund of International Relations 'Neighbourliness', Yuri Moskovsky, believes that mass dactyloscopy will be an effective tool in the fight against illegal migration.
