Hassan Rishe: "West does not like friendship between Russia and Syria"

Former Minister of Higher Education of the Syrian Arab Republic, former Ambassador of Syria to the Russian Federation, professor of Damascus State University, Doctor Hassan Rishe, spoke about the prospects of a settlement of the military conflict in Syria, as well as about what connects Russia and Syria. On February 27th the first major truce in over five years of civil war in the country entered into force in Syria. The agreement on the cessation of hostilities in Syria was reached with the mediation of Russia and the United States.
