How will elections affect economic development of Azerbaijan?

The Deputy Director General of the Information and Analytical Center of Moscow State University, Alexander Karavaev, on the eve of the parliamentary elections in Azerbaijan which will be held on November 1st, reviewed the prospects of economic development in the country, as well as assessed the effectiveness of the social and economic reforms already carried out.
