Putin urges West to hold dialogue in the US, says MP

A member of the State Duma Committee on Information Policy, Information Technologies and Communications, Alexey Kazakov, believes that the United Nations will become a platform on the basis of which Russian President Vladimir Putin will state the openness of the country and its readiness for dialogue with the West.
