Director of the Center for Post-Soviet Studies of the Institute of International Studies of MGIMO, Stanislav Cherniavsky, said that no excesses are expected in the parliamentary elections in Azerbaijan, which will be held on November 1st. Also, speaking about the difficult situation which has currently arisen around Azerbaijan, the expert noted that the attacks from the outside are unable to overshadow the positive image of the country.
