Valentina Matviyenko: ''The situation in Armenia is certainly disturbing us’’

Federation Council Speaker Valentina Matviyenko commented during a press briefing on the events currently taking place in Armenia. The Russian politician expressed her hope that the Armenian authorities will cope with the crisis.
