Yevseyev: The USA is gradually leaving Central Asia

Vladimir Yevseyev, the head of the Eurasian Integration and SCO Development Department of the CIS Countries Institute, thinks that the USA is gradually leaving the territory of Central Asia; as a result, the responsibility of Russia and China, the guarantors of stability in the region, is growing.
