World press on Iranian nuclear deal (November 22, 2013)

Die Welt published an article devoted to the ongoing talks concerning the Iranian nuclear crisis headlined "Westerwelle fordert "vertrauensbildende Schritte" ("Westerwelle demands certains steps to build confidence").

"German Foreign Minister Guido Westerwelle is optimistic ahead of the next round of Iranian nuclear talks in Geneva," Die Welt writes. According to Westerwelle, Iran should take some certain steps aimed at building confidence.

The German minister hopes that Iran "will prove that its nuclear programme has no military component," the news agency reports.

"The last round of the talks has shown that a diplomatic way out of the conflict is possible. The new round of talks can in fact be successful," Guido Westerwelle is quoted as saying by Die Welt.
