Dagestan is in the process of developing a new plan for the energy sector's development. This was stated by the head of the Republic of Dagestan, Sergey Melikov, on his official Telegram channel.
He points out the problems that the republic has in the energy industry. One of them is the lagging behind the current development program in terms of energy consumption increase in Dagestan. For this reason, the administration should create a new strategy consistent with the development of the republic.
"Today, the program for increasing reliability should be replaced by a more global program for the development of the energy complex in Dagestan. The increase in the amount of electricity consumed indicates that Dagestan is developing dynamically. Yes, with problems, emergency outages and worn-out networks",
Sergey Melikov said.
It is assumed that the new plan will take into account the energy consumption indicator for each municipality separately.
