20 people were killed in an accident on the Qom-Tehran highway, the head of the provincial traffic police Nadir Rahmani said, Press TV reported.
A truck collided with a passenger minibus and a car at 18:00 local time. 10 passengers were injured in the accident, three of them are in a serious condition.
The official also said that the victims included the Iranian car driver and 19 Afghan nationals, who had entered the country illegally, Trend reports.
