‘‘A person who commits a crime should be punished whoever he is,’’ the head of the republic Ramazan Abdullatipov said, commenting on the recent arrest of officials in Dagestan.
"The republic is developing but we have some issues, so-called signals from the past. I mean Andrey Vinogradov and Sagid Murtuzalieva. While I was out, there were several cases in the Buinaksk and the Kizilyurtovsky regions. Some of the crimes were committed in the mid-90’s, some of them in the early 2000’s. We will find it out,’’ Interfax cites him as saying.
