The amount of tangerines Abkhazia exported to Russia this November increased by 30%, the deputy head of the Ministry of Agriculture of the republic, Vladimir Daurov, said.
"5650 thousand tonnes of tangerines were delivered to Russia in November alone. Last year only 4391 tons of tangerines were sent over the same period," TASS cited him as saying
Daurov said that, if necessary, Abkhazia is ready to increase production. "We export 40 thousand tons of tangerines to Russia annually," the deputy said.
