Armenian Prime Minister Hovik Abrahamyan said that some forces on Baghramyan Avenue have a goal not of solving the problem of electricity, but of destabilizing the country.
"Some forces that appeared on Baghramyan Avenue have a goal not of solving the problem of electricity, but of destabilizing the country and provoking clashes between our citizens," the prime minister said. "They are focused not on the social and economic element, but unclear aspirations," TASS cited Abrahamyan as saying.
He also "expressed readiness to engage representatives of the expert community and civil society" and urged "the citizens, who continue to protest on Baghramyan Avenue, to refrain from anti-constitutional actions and not to aggravate the situation."
