After a meeting with the Minister of Petroleum of Venezuela Eulogio Del Pino the head of the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation Aleksander Novak confirmed Moscow's readiness to take part in a meeting of OPEC and other oil exporting countries in February.
It is reported that the Venezuelan Minister is holding a working visit in order to organize joint consultations with oil producing countries in the near future. It is known that Eulogio Del Pino plans to visit Tehran, Doha and Riyadh after Moscow, RIA Novosti reports.
