''The OPEC decided to align a quota to the actual production,'' Russian Energy Minister Alexander Novak said today, commenting on the statement made during the meeting in Vienna that the organization increased its quotas for oil production by 1.5 million barrels a day up to 31.5 million barrels a day.
"The OPEC has brought quota to the current production. Of course, it would be more appropriate to do the opposite, i.e. align production to the quota that has already been set," Tass cites him.
