The deputies of the city assembly of the Kaytagsky District of Dagestan have unanimously voted for Alim Temirbulatov to be appointed the head of the Kaytagsky District, the press service of the regional administration said.
A criminal case has been initiated against Ali Umarov, the former head of the Kaytagsky District, for wasting budgetary funds in 2012.
