An amnesty act on the occasion of the 95th birth anniversary of national leader Heydar Aliyev may be adopted in Azerbaijan.
The adaption of the act was proposed today by the Deputy Executive Secretary of the ruling New Azerbaijan Party (YAP), MP Siyavush Novruzov.
Earlier, 63 decrees and orders on pardoning have been signed and 11 decisions on amnesty have been adopted in Azerbaijan.
