Another 277 mines located in Karabakh

In the Karabakh economic region of the Republic of Azerbaijan, sappers found 277 mines. All the mines were destroyed.

In Azerbaijan, a large amount of unexploded ordnance was discovered in the former temporary deployment zone of Russian peacekeepers, the Azerbaijan National Agency for Mine Action Agency (ANAMA) reported on its X page.

During a mine search operations over the past week, 130 anti-tank and 147 anti-personnel mines were found. A total of 277 ammunition were discovered in the cleared area.

The hells were neutralized by sappers.

According to ANAMA data for the period of October 16-22, the total area that was cleared of unexploded ordnance is currently 611.4 hectares.
